Brittany Mahomes is back, and stronger than ever.
Back in March 2024, Brittany revealed she had suffered a fractured back, warning fellow moms to care for their pelvic floor health after pregnancy. “Once you have kids, please take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously,” she wrote at the time, signing off with, “From: A girl with a fractured back.”
Now, months later, she’s proudly sharing her comeback, and fans couldn’t be happier.
Mahomes’ Lifting Heavy, Feeling Strong
On Monday, Brittany’s trainer Kirsty Rae shared a video of her lifting weights, praising her determination and recovery. “One of my favorite parts of this job is helping people feel better, physically and mentally,” Rae wrote. “We are sooooooo back, baby. Moving without any pain and continuing to add load!!!!!!”
Rae explained that she started working with Brittany after the injury last summer. With help from her previous trainer, they created a plan to rebuild her strength slowly and safely. Now, over a year later, Brittany is moving pain-free and lifting heavy again.
A Personal Win Beyond the Spotlight
For her part, Brittany reshared Rae’s message and added her own celebration: “Feels SOOOO GOOD to be lifting heavy again!!!”

The journey wasn’t easy. Between being a mom of three, a businesswoman, and the wife of Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes, she had plenty on her plate. But through it all, she stayed focused on healing, and it paid off.
